This contemporary home is filled with one of natureís most appealing materials. The natural look of wood brings texture, pattern and warm color to the floor, walls and ceiling of this beautiful home.
Fresh cut flowers brighten any space. Here a clever grouping of several tall slender vases, each containing a single rose, brings a bit of the flower garden to a contemporary dining space. I love the shape of the white modern pendant light hanging low over the table.
This light-filled room also has the natural appeal of wood on the ceiling. The color and movement of water is seen in the large photographic artwork that hangs on one wall.
A chic and stylish bedroom is infused with earthy color from the modern upholstered headboard to the dark wood flooring. I love the color and meticulous detail work on the bedding.
If you have caladiums or other large-leafed plants in the garden, this is a quick and easy way to bring the beauty of nature to the kitchen or just about any room. Place these in front of a window for maximum visual effect of the exquisite veining in the leaves.
Natural woods and stone add texture, color and pattern to an open kitchen. This is nature at its best in the kitchen. What a lovely space in which to cook with family and friends.
Wood, stone and floral elements infuse this bathroom with Asian style and bring the outdoors inside. A trio of modern pendant lights adds a soft glow to the space.
The hues of sand and ocean bring seaside outdoor appeal to this pretty space. More chic beach house than vintage coastal cottage, this room is at once beautiful and comfortable. Images 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8
