Inspiration: 5 Beach inspired Artwork and DIY Projects
The color contrasts of the beach are so beautiful and often carry along a calming aspect.
Once you add bags upon bags of sea shells to take home from the beach, you will have the potential for a great summer craft!
Join me this week as we take a look at beach inspired projects
On Wednesday I’m going to be walking you through a couple of projects I’ve done, but for today I thought I would share my inspiration with you!

I like the idea of keeping your vacation memories in a jar. It’s a compact way to look back with fond memories.
Choose your favorite photo, a decorative tag (with the name of the destination) and add sand and shells.
I thought this was a good example of the overall concept, but on Wednesday, I will show you a better execution using decoupage.

This would make a great decoration for a beach house! Store and display your favorite beach finds in distressed picture frames! My grandma used to buy empty glass lamps and fill those with shells as well!

I’ve never come across any sea glass personally, but from what I understand some beaches have a lot of it.

The beach my family goes to is known for its white powdery sand and I think this is a super cute way to show it off.
Paste sand around the edges of a wooden frame and add sandollars, sea shells, starfish etc.
5.
This is a great use of the beautiful beach color scheme! Create a collage at the bottom of a serving tray. Use shells, sand, sand dollars, and sea glass.
Look for a tray with a glass cover at the bottom so its still even and functional after you decorate the bottom!
