2. Copycat Bang Bang Shrimp

This appetizer is so yummy, I was excited to find this copycat recipe 

INGREDIENTS

• 1 lb shelled and deveined shrimp
• 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
• 3-5 drops of hot chili sauce

3. BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad

Hands down, this is my fav salad at the Cheesecake factory

Serves 4

BBQ Ranch Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
4 tablespoons BBQ of choice
1 tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch powder
1 small garlic clove, grated
cracked black pepper, to taste

Crispy Onion Straws:
1 large red onion (about the size of a grapefruit)
1 1/2-2 cups buttermilk
1 2/3 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
dash of cayenne
fresh cracked pepper
Canola Oil (enough to fill bottom of pan about 1/2-3/4 inch)

4. Pasta Da Vinci

I’ve made this many times, but for this post, I made a few changes based on what I had in my  pantry.

I used a combination of Madera wine and sherry, substituted heavy cream for half and half, and instead of penne pasta, I used bow tie.

The results were still amazing, so much so, that every plate was empty and looking for seconds and even thirds.

Ingredients

Penne Pasta – Enough for 2 servings according to the box

1/4 Red Onion – Chopped
1/2 cup Button Mushrooms – quartered
1 tsp Garlic – chopped, not minced or crushed
1/2 lb Chicken Breast – Cut into bite-size pieces
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Madeira wine (red)
1/2 cup Water
2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp Parsley
