Lifestyle Friday: Challenge yourself to try something new
We’re already 1/2 way through summer break and there’s still time to try something new.
I’m certain you can think of a variety of things you can do to try something different and new.
To get you started, here are a few ideas
Take a vacation within 90 miles from home……..You’ll likely discover something new, awesome and conveniently close.
Find the nearest vineyard and go wine tasting. If Bourbon is your thing, go on a Bourbon tour.
Play tourist in your city and take in some of the architecture, art galleries, museums etc.
If you eat like a bird, Overeat today.
If you typically overeat, try a lighter fare today.
Take a cooking class
Go meatless one day per week
Go without gluten, dairy, or sugar for a few days and see if your body feels any different
Decorate one room outside of your comfort zone….you may even discover a new design style.
Ask yourself, “What can I do to improve my_______________this week?
