Marsala, a naturally robust and earthy wine red, is the Color of the Year for 2015.
It’s a rich, warm fabulous earth red. I have a few very special clients who will likely love this new delicious color.
They love RED!
Perhaps the inspiration came from the wine itself…….One of my fav dishes is Chicken Marsala, it’s cooked in the wine and loaded with mushrooms. I serve it with steamed rice, but some prefer to serve it with mashed potatoes.
