How-to: 5 ways to make BOLD artistic statements in your home

Art is one component of a design plan that can really drive it’s theme home and wake up a space.

If you are looking for ways to personalize your space with bold artistic solutions, here are a few ideas.

1. Find a quote that is personal to you and frame it.  All you have to do is type your favorite quote onto a word document (use creative fonts), enlarge it at your nearest print shop and frame it.

2. Create a large scale print.   This can be done by projecting an image onto your wall, trace the image and then paint it with your favorite color(s).source

4.  Create interest with decorative wallpaper.  source

5. Use templates for displaying collections.  This could be photos, art, shells, textiles etc.source
