Sundays with Ydp: A master suite with a beachy vibe
These days, I seem to be late getting my Sunday posts out. Dividing my time between Bassett and Your design partner is keeping me super busy and feeling like I could use a few more hours in each day.
So sorry if it seems like Sun-“days” with Ydp feels more like Sun-nights with Ydp.
I am currently working on a master bedroom project for a young couple, where the bedroom is quite large.
Mood:
The home owners want a comfy, elegant, relaxing vibe that reminds them of the beach, since it’s one of their fav places to be.
I selected a few fabrics, lighting and accessories that will resonate with the theme
And storage pieces that were significant in scale for such a large space.
I proposed 2 swivel chairs for the sitting area, which will allow for easy tv viewing.
And provdied two layout considerations

The clients were super excited about the recommendations and are awaiting the items to come in.
