Sundays with Ydp: Thoughts about the new year

Thank you for a colorful year. A colorful year rich with new connections, new projects, new clients, and clients who have also became friends. I call that a significant blessing.

As an entrepreneur, you’re always seeking. You’re seeking new ways to enhance your customer’s experience, or new ways to run your business more efficiently.

And you’re also looking for opportunities to do something new or better than the previous year.

One thing that I want to do in 2016, is look for more ways to bless others.

Maybe I can donate discontinued fabrics to a community center or preschool (that might find some creative use for them), or offer more savings opportunities with monthly incentives.

Perhaps I can visit a few senior living facilities to see how I might enhance senior apartments, or offer D.I.Y. workshops to empower women.

I’ve learned new things this year that grew me as a professional and I look forward to what 2016 will bring.
