Metallic hues are one of the hottest trends for the coming Fall/Winter season.  While Gold ruled the earlier collections, Silver has lately become the dominate metallic trend. This metallic fashion trend has extended its way into the home with interior design.

By simply adding metallic paint and crystal knobs, a piece of furniture transforms immediately. Here is a prime example:

Wanna give the silver trend a try?  Try purchasing a can of metallic spray paint (we like using Krylon) and spray paint a few items that could use a little lift.  Here we spray painted a few frames to create an art piece for a mantel. We tied the look together with metallic curtains and an area rug.
