Beauty Lovers Holiday Basket

IMANI REVEALS  SELFLESSNESS with her basket; instead of her favorite things, she’s hi-lighting the things she would give a friend.This blog post represents things that I would give my girlfriend.  She loves all things related to beauty.

In this basket you’ll find

nail polish

tweezers

lipstick

lotion

face mask to help enhance her beauty.

I also put in fashion/beauty magazines for inspiration, and an iTunes gift card to download her favorite tunes while she trys out all her new goodies.

IMANI’S  got the right idea for someone who loves beauty products.  I  wouldn’t mind receiving some of these lovely gifts myself.

The closer we get to christmas the more challenging gift giving seems to become.

While expensive and luxurious gifts may be awesome and nice, PRACTICAL GIFT GIVING should also be considered. Here is what I mean.

WINTER EMERGENCY KIT WELLNESS KIT– The Love basket as I call it!  Wouldn’t this type of gift be great to give a college student headed back to school for the 2nd semester?  Or how about a elderly neighbor or single mom or dad caring for a number of kids?

Cold medicine

Honey

Lemons

Humidifier

Heating pad

Cod liver oil (i’m sure they’ll love this) 🙂

 These are just a few ideas of what could go into  the winter emergency kit, customize yours for your family and friends.

Another wonderful idea for this time a year is to create 5-10 sandwich bags filled with miniature toiletries and snacks.   They call this a blessings bag over at ( kids with a purpose) Wouldn’t it be a nice to bless someone in need with a few necessities?  It would also make a practical gift for a frequent traveler.
