It’s the time of year when we start thinking about shedding a few pounds. I know, I know, it sounds absolutely dreadful doesn’t it?
If you’re like me, you know what you need to do, but keep putting it off:)
You look in the mirror and see extra “love handles” that weren’t there last year, last month, even last week….but you say to yourself, “I’ll get to it”…all the while you’re expanding and your clothes just don’t look as nice as they used to.
So what do you do? You buckle down and just start…it’s really that easy….you decide you’ve had enough and you take action!
Then you keep taking action one day after the next…and the next thing you know…..voila you begin seeing progress, you begin feeling and looking great and you’re in the zone!
So Here’s to getting started!
Vow to put 15 minutes aside just for you…you’ll actually end up spending 30 minutes to an hour working out…but if you think it’ll be for 15 minutes, you’re more likely to start.

I discovered these weight loss boosting beverages and decided to give #1 a try. It’s prevention magazine’s SASSY WATER. Here are the ingredients.
2 liters water (about 8 ½ cups)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
12 small spearmint leaves.
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight. Drink the entire pitcher by the end of each day.
