It’s that time of year when we start spending more time indoors.  When the temperature drops, I start thinking of ways to “up” the cozy factor in my home and extend the feel of what I love most about summer. It also reminds me of how shorter days and less sunshine can have an adverse affect on so many people.

It’s national vegetarian month Ya’ll Several years ago, my hubby and I decided that we would be more conscientious about the food we eat. We have eliminated beef, and pork and we try to embrace a meatless Monday theme these days.  The kids moaned and groaned a little bit (especially my daughter the family carnivore)
